Sow seeds no deeper than 1/4″ and expect germination within 7 to 20 days. Grow during the Winter and early Spring Growing Seasons.
Produces fleshy white bulbs that have a light peppery flavor and texture similar to broccoli. Bulbs and leaves can be eaten raw or cooked.
